Kostaki's is really fabulous pizza. I tracked down one of the
guys responsible for the crusts they use and learned he IMPORTED the starter
recipe! Unreal.
It really is the best pizza in town! I especially suggest a pizza with gyro meat,
mushrooms and black olives. Whoooobaby! Crack in pizza box!

If you're like me, and not from the Midwest, you probably miss REAL pizza. I mean the stuff where the sauce sizzles as they pull it out of the oven, homemade crust... mmmm. Kostaki's is the place to get this. It's also a great lunch stop - chicken parmesan subs, buffalo chicken wraps, and a variety of salads complement the menu. It's great to go get a couple beers with friends or just stop in on your lunch break. GREAT place.

The pizza is outstanding. I love the sauce you have created and I cant wait for the new wheat crust to try. The decor you have going is fun and it was a great place to watch the MU game. I love the TV's for Monday night football but my girlfriend doesnt......and thats freaken COLD BEER! I had never seen a 22" sandwich and now I have....it might be the 8th wonder! Next time we will try your philly steak pizza, the table next to us had it and it looked good.

Kostaki's is a pizza experience that is a must try! The homemade sauce and hand tossed crust is second to none. I would recommend these St. Louis style pies to children and adults of all ages.
